Ant Engineering Pty Ltd provides civil and environmental engineering services to regional, private and government agencies. Ant Engineering was founded by director, Tony Elliott. Tony holds both a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Science.

  • Golden Highway Pavement Rehabilitation. Project planning, budget preparation, co-ordination of project delivery, construction supervision for a 1.3km rehabilitation project. Pavement treatment was 100mm DGB20 overlay and 200mm Slag / Lime stabilised. January 2017.
  • Buninyong Road intersection upgrade. Project planning, budget preparation, co-ordination of project delivery for major intersection upgrade incorporating AUX lane, CHR treatment and stabilised pavement treatment.
  • Various pavement stabilisation projects throughout regional NSW.
  • Northern Victoria Livestock Exchange (NVLX), Wodonga NSW. Scope of works included earthworks volumes optimising, balancing and modelling of one large cattle pavilion (150m x 150m), 40,000m² of sealed pavement and several water storage and effluent treatment ponds. Traffic flow diagrams, car park design and access road design.
  • Ruperts Dam, Bark Hut Creek Dam, Tasmanian. Earthworks modelling to determine feasibility for construction of two large earth fill dams. Modelling and interpolation of geotechnical bore logs to estimate volumes of different types of soils.
  • Headquarters Road Dam, Tasmania, Construction supervision and environmental monitoring for a large earth fill dam (~400,000m³)
  • Hume Highway duplication works, Woomargama, NSW. Earthworks modelling and concept design.
  • South Central Irrigation Scheme, Tasmania, Upper Ringarooma Irrigation Scheme, Tasmania, pipeline design and irrigation scheme balancing and design.
  • Narromine to Tomingley pipeline design for Alkane Resources.
  • Plougman’s Valley North Orange Harvested Stormwater supplied to dual reticulation system, Orange NSW. Pipeline design and system modelling.
  • Various landfill and transfer station works at; ORRRC, ERRRC, Lithgow, Capertee, Cullen Bullen, Glen Davis, Parkes, Forbes, Oberon, Dubbo & Griffith.
